In the organizer's words:
On January 10, the Auslandsgesellschaft and the Dortmund City and State Library are hosting a Ukrainian reading session for children aged 5 to 9.
In a cozy atmosphere, the children will listen to exciting stories in Ukrainian. This is followed by painting and handicrafts so that the content can be creatively deepened and experienced in a playful way.
The event is particularly aimed at immigrant and refugee children from Ukraine and offers a safe space to arrive, exchange ideas and discover the joy of reading in their own mother tongue.
