In this presentation, you will learn how to recognize signs early on, reprioritize and relieve your mind with simple psychological strategies. In this way, you can strengthen your mental health, gain energy and create space for what really matters.
Speaker: Dr. Ivo Heitland
Dr. Ivo Heitland is a psychological psychotherapist and has been working as a senior psychologist for integrated care at the Clinic for Psychiatry, Social Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at Hannover Medical School since 2016. There he leads various research and care projects with a focus on reintegration into work and society in cases of mental illness. He is also a lecturer responsible for the training and further education of psychological psychotherapists and doctors at the MHH. He also works as a supervisor at the MHH's AVVM training institute.
