Forest Bathing Series for People Who Have Experienced a Loss
Are you looking for a safe space in nature where you can simply be? Where there are no goals you have to achieve? Where you can reconnect with your feelings? In the forest, everything is allowed to be there: silence, thoughts, memories, and perhaps even a sense of emptiness.
Over the course of several sessions, a reliable framework emerges in which the forest can serve as a calm companion. Mindful walking, observation, and simple invitations help you reconnect with yourself and make space for your own experiences. The individual sessions build loosely on one another; participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
This kickoff session is designed to help you settle in, get to know one another, and gently begin our time together in the forest. It will be followed by three more sessions, during which we can go deeper as needed.

Forest Bathing Sessions for Those Grieving:
👥 Group: max. 4 people
⏰ Duration: approx. 2 hours
🗓️ Dates: July 19, Aug. 23, Sept. 20, Oct. 11
🌳 Location: Schifferstadt City Forest; the meeting point will be provided after registration
Price information:
The first session can be booked individually. After that, you can decide whether you’d like to join the entire forest bathing series; in that case, the cost of the first session will be applied toward the series. Participation is voluntary; you may withdraw at any time. The discounted price is offered on a trust basis—no proof is required. Please select the price that feels right for you.
