Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find peace and relaxation in the heart of nature. At "Waldgeflüster", I invite you to take part in the one-hour forest bathing event to leave the week behind you and start the weekend on a positive note.

Forest whispers - forest bathing for the weekend

The "Waldgeflüster" always takes place on the last Friday of the month during the summer months. It offers you a valuable opportunity to escape from stress and recharge your batteries in the midst of the soothing forest.

"Waldgeflüster" is suitable for anyone who is looking for a break from the hectic pace of everyday life and longs for an hour of relaxation outdoors. Whether you are alone or with friends - you are very welcome.

• Clothing suitable for the weather (onion look, rainwear / umbrella if necessary), weatherproof shoes

• Openness to try out new things

The participation fee is based on donations. Due to limited places, prior registration is required. Please register by email.

During forest bathing, Daniela offers participants a break from everyday life. She combines lightness, humor, impulses from the coaching area, but above all the interplay of sensory perceptions and nature. During forest bathing, she creates an awareness for more mindfulness and the beneficial effects of nature.
