When we know what has happened so far, we perceive more intensely what is happening today and understand what may happen tomorrow. In What has happened so far, history journalist Joachim Telgenbüscher and historian Nils Minkmar talk about the dramas, triumphs, events and personalities of history that have shaped our world and continue to do so today. From the political intrigues of the Roman Empire, to the tricks of fanatical cult leaders in the early modern era, to dealing with extremists and the management skills of great conquerors.

On their first live tour , they will take you back to Germany in the turbulent 19th century, or to be more precise: to the Vormärz period. The era in which railroads and factories gradually conquered people's everyday lives and revolutionary ideas spread, making the powerful tremble and the poor dream.
