Partnerships and loving relationships are crucial aspects of our lives and contribute significantly to our well-being. Nowadays, we are confronted with the challenge of old traditions and ideas of how love relationships should be. New questions are emerging, new ways of defining love are becoming more present, but most of us are still struggling to create relationships that are filled with eroticism & sensuality, love and freedom.

✦ MOTIVATION:

We, Claudia and Pablo, have been a couple for 9 years. In this time we have surfed many waves of encounters and break-ups and learned how to keep the erotic-sensual energy and attraction alive, build strong bonds of deep love and give each other the freedom to follow our own hearts and desires.

In this workshop we would like to share the experience we have gained to keep the fire, attraction and care of the relationship alive.

✦ Some of the guiding questions we would like to explore in our workshop are:

• How can we use dance to create love rituals, celebrate each other, ignite passion, be playful and open with each other?
• How can we strengthen the loving relationship with ourselves as a basis for healthy relationships with others in which love and freedom are respected?
• How can we create safe spaces to meet each other on a soul, emotional, thought and body level?
• How can we work with or respect polarities (yin-yang) to create a healthy attraction and an erotic push-pull dynamic in our love relationships?
• How can we benefit from the attraction and eroticism we experience with others in order to come closer together and strengthen the bond in our love relationships?

✦ Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is aimed at anyone who is curious about bringing more eroticism & sensuality, love and freedom into their life and their love relationships.

✦ SCHEDULE: 11 am to 6 pm - admission from 10.30 am

• Arrival, group exercises
• first dance journey
• Lunch (we will have a potluck lunch, please bring something to share)
• second dance journey
• Exchange and closing circle

1. One-way ticket: 60 €
2. Couple ticket: 100 €

✦ GUIDELINES:

There will be NO nudity or sexual activity during this workshop. It is NOT a sex-positive space.

We will use the Biodanza system to create two dance journeys complemented by group sharing and process work. No previous experience is required.

✦ ABOUT US:

I am Pablo, a Berlin-based entrepreneur, Biodanza teacher, yogi, coach and consultant. My goal in life is to lead processes to improve human consciousness with gratitude and love to create a better world. I have been a certified Biodanza Didact Teacher through the IBF since 2005. I support Biodanza students and teachers to deepen their practice and improve their understanding of the system. As a coach, I design and lead organizational programs for private and public organizations. I am regularly invited as a teacher, dancer & speaker to international events in more than 20 countries worldwide. In Berlin I organize weekly courses, workshops and various extensions of Biodanza. My life has been a journey of integrating the practical world of business and the holistic world of yoga and dance.

Claudia is a passionate dancer with many years of experience in different types of movement and dance (including Ecstatic Dance, Biodanza, Trance Dance, Shamanic Dance, Tantric Dance).

She is a Biodanza leader under supervision of the Biodanza School Berlin Mitte. Claudia lives and loves embodiment, artistic expression, communication & transparency and is an expert in creating safe spaces of connection, joy, aliveness and flow. She is an artist, masseuse and a sensual woman who loves to play with fire.

New questions arise, new ways of defining love become more present, but most of us still struggle to create relationships filled with eroticism, love and freedom.
