Nutcracker's weed
Marie is desperate. The premiere of her play "Nutcracker's Weed", the new production of Der Vorhang, is in a week's time. But the ensemble is at odds - and leading actor Fritz is flat. But not in the way you might think, quite the opposite. Once out and about without his sacred coconut nut censorium, the mice - the radical drinking group from Oberscheibe - cracked his nuts.
Between the fronts of two irreconcilable camps, trapped in a play full of absurd worlds, Marie hallucinates a happy ending.
But of course this only happens if she (or Clärchen?) falls in love with the Nutcracker (or Fritz?). Or, more importantly, if the premiere takes place at all.
