Cabernet & Co. stands for wines without borders, away from the mainstream - Not better. Not louder. But different.

For 25 years, the wine shop in Dortmund's Kreuzviertel district has combined a passion for special wines with proximity to the people who make them. The range extends from exciting discoveries from small wineries to selected classics from Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Austria. The winemakers and their wines are not better, not louder - but mostly just a little different.

Flight (also flight, swarm, passage, series, partial tasting) refers to a round at a professional tasting (wine tasting). A group of wines that have a certain relationship to each other are served and tasted together.

The flight is selected and served by Arnd Schulz, the wine merchant behind the Cabernet & Co. wine shop.
