The course of our cheese & wine tasting

During the wine tasting, we will present you with a carefully chosen selection of top wines from different regions and clearly defined locations. The wines are curated to showcase their unique aromas and flavors and provide you with an unforgettable experience.

In combination with the wines, we present five organic cheeses to match. From mild and creamy cheeses to strong and spicy varieties, there are a variety of flavors to discover. We will show you which cheese harmonizes best with which wine and how you can find your own perfect combinations.

• After a welcome aperitif, you will receive an introduction to the world of German and international wine and an introduction to the different types of cheese.
• We will then start tasting five selected wines from different wine-growing regions. You will also be served five harmonizing cheeses.
• We provide background information and explanations on the production of each wine and cheese.
