Reading and talk with Raúl Aguayo-Krauthausen:
In his book, Raúl Aguayo-Krauthausen shows what inclusion looks like when it is taken seriously. At the event in HP8, he will read from his book and discuss Munich with Oswald Utz, Disability Commissioner of the City of Munich.
Raúl Aguayo-Krauthausen is an inclusion activist, founder of SOZIALHELD*INNEN and has a degree in communications. His work in the areas of inclusion and social commitment has been honored with the Federal Cross of Merit and the Grimme Online Award, among others.
In 2023, he published his non-fiction book "Wer Inklusion will, findet einen Weg. Those who don't want it will find excuses" (Rowohlt Verlag). In it, he raises fundamental questions about inclusion in Germany and encourages readers to confront their own ableism.
During the reading, he will be in conversation with Oswald Utz, honorary commissioner for the disabled in the state capital of Munich, and will discuss different perspectives with him.
