Ticket FAQs:

Admission to the underground is generally from the age of 18.

An official identification document is required for admission to the Underground. This can be an original identity card, passport or driving license. A copy will not be accepted. If none of these documents are available, admission will be refused.

We expressly reserve the right to refuse admission despite the ticket, based on the assessment of our security with regard to the ticket holder. In this case, the ticket price will be refunded.
