4.5 billion years of evolution and still not finished.

The new program "Momsen, Tiere, Sensationen" is a tribute to nature and a suggestion to check into the insect hotel and take a closer look. When cockroaches disappear behind skirting boards without their heads, squirrels hide under their tails when it rains and cockchafers have sex for hours on end. Either the Creator had one in his tea or a good dose of humor!

God supposedly needed six days to create the world and everything that crawls and flies on it. A crazy amount of time to consider everything in advance. He must have gradually realized that this was too ambitious. That's why God has been trying things out again and again for 4.5 billion years. First an animal has wings, then God takes them away again. Land animals suddenly fall into the water after thousands of years, while fish crawl on land. What is his plan?

Of course, it's not easy either, because many requirements have to be reconciled: Walking, sleeping, eating, reproducing. All this has to be possible with one body. Although spines help hedgehogs to defend themselves, they are unfortunately impractical for reproduction. The resources are probably also limited. For some snails it was enough to build a house, but not for others.

It's a bit like God sitting at his Playstation and trying out what the next level has to offer. To be continued...
