Guilt and shame are among the most painful, but also most human feelings. In this workshop, we will approach them from a new perspective - not as an obstacle, but as a guide for contact, self-compassion and personal development.
Based on the Neuroaffective Relationship Model (NARM), we will look together at the protective functions of guilt and shame in the context of developmental trauma and explore how we can reconnect with our living selves today.
🔸 Impulse from the NARM theory
🔸 Body-oriented self-awareness
🔸 Space for exchange and integration
For anyone who wants to embark on a deeper journey into themselves.
