Wiener Neujahrskonzert 2027 - Johann Strauss-Gala

This extremely successful production is coming to Krefeld again in 2027. It is modeled on the New Year's Concert, which is broadcast live on television from the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein all over the world.
With a program consisting mainly of works from the Johann Strauss dynasty, the large orchestra brings the optimism and joie de vivre that have long made this music immortal live to the Seidenweberhaus. Two internationally successful singers interpret excerpts from well-known operettas, and of course the Danube Waltz and the Radetzky March are not to be missed - a musical delight that appeals to the heart and senses.
The European Festival Orchestra, made up of top musicians from the best orchestras in North Rhine-Westphalia, is an excellent ensemble that will provide the appropriate orchestral sound. The Austrian conductor Alexander Steinitz, who will also host the evening, has already thrilled more than 170,000 spectators in over 150 New Year's concerts in Europe and America.
