Feelings of joy, fear, anger and sadness are important signposts for your needs and your safety.

When we have the courage to move our feelings, energy is released - energy that strengthens your joie de vivre, presence and compassion in your relationship with yourself and others.

Your very own dance has a place here. Without expectations of your ability or appearance. Finely tuned music and attentive guidance open the space for a transformative journey into your heart and your own movement medicine.

Movement Medicine® combines free, ecstatic dance with modern and indigenous healing knowledge and integrates elements of Gestalt therapy. I look forward to dancing with you.
