Cooking with wild herbs is anything but boring and offers you a nutritious, inexpensive and delicious addition to your everyday cooking.
We will prepare a 3-course menu together using fresh, seasonal wild herbs and you will also learn some interesting facts about the processed greens.
Which wild herbs can you use in large quantities, which are more for seasoning? How can you integrate them into your everyday life without too much effort?
Look forward to a cozy get-together in a small group with a wild herb secco/lemonade and embark on a very special taste experience.
The recipes are designed so that you can easily cook them at home with ingredients that grow right on your doorstep. You will receive all the recipes as a digital script after the workshop.

Registration (here) is required for this workshop. After registration you will receive the details for payment of the workshop fee. This can be done by bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days before the start of the workshop, after that a cancellation fee of 10€ will be charged. In the event of non-participation without cancellation, the full workshop fee will be charged. It is possible to nominate a substitute for the workshop at any time.
