Wild Herb Walk: "Herbs for Women"
in cooperation with Tübingen Girls Walking & Talking

We’ll meet for atwo-hour walk along the Neckar River and providea space to connect and get to know one another.

🌿Meet other women and connect with them
🌿Learn about 10 wild herbs and how you can use them to support your cycle and alleviate common discomforts.
🌿Make your own oxymel with wild herbs.

Please bring:

• Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as well as sun, rain, and tick protection if needed.

• For a drink on the go: Please bring acup and water or sparkling waterfor yourself.

• Please bring asmall, clean screw-top jarfor your DIY product.
