Wild herb walk "Cycle herbs"
in cooperation with "Tübingen Girls Walking & Talking"

We meet for a two-hour walk along the Steinlach & offer space to exchange ideas and get to know each other.

🌿Meet other women & get into the exchange
🌿Learn about 10 wild herbs & how you can use them to support your cycle and the most common complaints
🌿Make your own oxymel with wild herbs.

Please bring with you:

• Make sure you wear sturdy shoes and clothing suitable for the weather, as well as sun/rain/tick protection if necessary.

• For a drink on the way: Please bring a cup and water/sparkling water for yourself.

• Please bring a small, clean screw-top jar for your DIY product.
