In the organizer's words:

In the 31st special concert at the turn of the year 2026, five female musicians from different backgrounds will perform together with equal passion. Inspired by cultural and poetic-philosophical themes, they will evoke the mythical figures from the Sorbian-Wendish world of legends and play windy, effervescent works by forgotten female composers, as well as commissioned works by Sorbian composers inspired by poems by female poets.

You will hear works by Pauline Viardot, Rebecca Clarke, Amy Beach, Louise Adolpha Le Beau, Maddalena Sirmen, Cécile Chaminade, Lilly Boulanger, Lera Auerbach, Jan Cyz, Peter Wittig, Sebastian Elikowski-Winkler, Uli Pogoda, Johannes Kretschmer, John McNabb and Heidemarie Wiesner, among others.
