To kick off our summer WINE WEEKENDS, we welcome Weingut Pfannebecker from Rheinhessen - two authentic personalities with a clear attitude, a lot of passion and a deep understanding of wine as a craft and a way of life. Together with them, we will experience an enjoyable weekend that combines sustainable quality, genuine encounters and special moments of pleasure.

Max and Susanne Pfannebecker not only bring their award-winning organic wines with them, but also their philosophy: wine with character, organic, vegan, hand-picked and produced with sensitivity!

Max Pfannebecker presents his wines in a relaxed atmosphere - directly, honestly and with an openness that inspires. It's not just about tasting, but about understanding: How are organic wines with a strong character created? What makes the terroir in Rheinhessen so special? And why is it worth taking a look behind the bottle? Take advantage of Saturday and come to Viani Alimentari - taste excellent wines and Italian specialties!

Chef's Table | Live cooking with wine pairing
An evening for all the senses: in a small, personal group you will experience a delightful interplay of live cooking and wine. Our chef Chris MacCormick serves a fine selection of savory-sweet pairings - lovingly prepared and accompanied by Max Pfannebecker's characterful wines.
The winemaker himself will be on hand to pour, talk and accompany the evening with insights into his philosophy, origins and craft. A culinary experience in a relaxed atmosphere in direct exchange with real experts.

Sunday Daydrinking | Wine Experience with DJ Jay-P and DJane Nica Camello
