The 14th Winter Blues Festival in the Schaufenster Fischereihafen will once again offer a lot of good music for little money. Six great bands will be playing in five different locations. Visitors can look forward to a wide variety of live music and a very special evening. The top bands of the evening are "Jones & The Crew feat. Stef Rosen" and "Harpface & The Heat", who will thrill the audience in the Theater am Fischereihafen.

"Jones & The Crew feat. Stef Rosen" - a special kind of blues! They are one of the best-booked blues bands in the German-speaking world in the 2025 season. The band around Txako Jones, the Spanish blues icon, offers musical fireworks that are rarely seen. Together with the guitar legend Jan Hirte, the exceptional Mozambican drummer Carlos Dalelane and the furious Matthias Falkenau on the Hammond organ, the result is a well-rounded performance that you can hardly wait to hear live. Txako met Jan Hirte at a festival in Spain, where she was playing with the Kid Carlos Band, and the two decided to work together in 2022. The right colleagues were quickly found: Matthias Falkenau on Hammond and piano, a long-time companion of Jan Hirte, and Carlos Dalelane as a real "groove guru". All three have many years of experience as backing musicians for international blues stars, have their own bands, play concerts worldwide and have already collected numerous awards. As in a classic organ trio, the bass is played by the Hammond and so nothing is missing to enjoy a successful blues evening. Dancing is allowed!

... namely "Harpface & The Heat". After a long break, the musicians have come together again, driven by the magnetism of their unique musical approach. The band combines blues with rock, funk, country and punk in an exciting way. Their idiosyncratic sound, which was once ennobled by the Weserkurier as "modern blues rock of international format", still generates enthusiasm today. The specialist magazine Blues News spoke of an "unmistakably unique style with devilishly good harmonica". With fresh ideas and their usual energy, Harpface and the Heat are ready to electrify their fans once again. Look forward to a unique musical experience that moves between tradition and innovation!
