In this course, we explore how we can help people resolve conflicts with the help of non-violent communication. We begin the two-day weekend course with an introduction to the concept developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. Using the so-called four steps, we will look at conflict situations and clarify how we can recognize and express feelings and needs, practise using examples of what fulfilling requests look like and learn to distinguish them from demands.

We work in a process-oriented way and take time for your examples from everyday life. In addition, there will be room for exercises and role-plays that can also be embedded in your work as a mediator.
