The Bessungen weekly market in the Orangerie, like almost all other weekly markets in Germany, offers fruit and vegetables as well as baker's and butcher's stalls. However, in addition to the typical weekly market stalls, you will also find a florist here who binds beautiful bouquets and offers plants for the home and garden in the warmer months. In winter, the trader concentrates mainly on flower arrangements and Advent wreaths.
There is also a small coffee cart at the weekly market in Bessungen. Here, your coffee is freshly brewed right in front of you and you are surrounded by a delicious aroma. For those of you who prefer something stronger, there is a wine stand. Various wines from the region are presented on a beer table. In addition, the wines are all high-quality certified organic products. The mulled wine offered in winter is produced by the trader himself.
The Bessungen market takes place all year round every Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm.
