In the organizer's words:

Intricate details and smooth surfaces - it is often not possible to achieve these with a filament 3D printer. But the resin printer (synthetic resin) can produce even tiny parts perfectly. The surfaces become smooth and fine and no longer require sanding.

The workshop teaches the basics of 3D printing and how to use the software for our Formlabs resin printer. There are also tips on which projects the resin printer is the right choice for.

After participating in the workshop, the 3D printer can be used by users of the City Library during opening hours for their own projects.

A library card is NOT required for the workshop. A user card is required to use the device for your own projects after the workshop.
