We start the workshop with a tour through the herb area of the nursery to experience the many different herbs with all our senses (smell, feel and taste). We then prepare an alcoholic fresh plant extract from herbs. Of course, we also talk about the effect and use of the extract. As a second "take-away" for at home, we will make a herbal salt. You can also ask us all your questions and immerse yourself in the aromatic world of herbs.
