In the organizer's words:

We organize a workshop in the coffee/art stage Die Palette in Bad Cannstatt to "sing along/play along". Once a month, a musician comes and teaches us a song from his home country, in his own language. Regardless of whether we know the language, you can always sing along and, if you can play an instrument, you can also learn and accompany the piece.

Çağla Yesilkaya Sevil is a Turkish musician and teacher. She studied musicology at Süleyman Demirel University from 2013 to 2017 and then obtained her pedagogical qualification at Kocaeli University. From 2017 to 2021, she taught music and violin at Bahçeşehir Schools in Turkey and also played violin at the Isimsiz Orkestra in
Istanbul. With over 250 hours of international Orff-Schulwerk training, she specializes in elementary music education. She moved to Germany in 2022. There she first played violin in the Collegium Musicum at Chemnitz University of Technology and is now continuing her musical activities in Stuttgart, where she currently plays violin in the Stuttgart Orchestra Association.
