Female-fronted punk rock from Stuttgart - raw, powerful and rousing.

The Dumb Bats bring an explosive mixture of power, melody and attitude to the stage. With a captivating front woman at the helm, they deliver uncompromising,
energetic punk rock that ignites immediately - whether on stage at a big festival or in a small club.

Their songs reflect the band's love of fast punk rock with a snotty guitar sound and punchy rhythm sections combined with the unbridled power of rock'n'roll energy.
Catchy hooklines in the style of The Interrupters meet the uncompromising stage presence of The Baboon Show, while alternative influences à la Guano Apes and the raw
garage attitude of The Hellacopters make for a very unique sound.

In 2024, they released their EP "Ride Free" under the label Cheat Records.
The Dumb Bats' debut album was released in summer 2026. Three singles were released as early as 2025, giving a foretaste of the unmistakable mix of punk,
rock and pure energy.

Nice and dirty stoner grunge with beats that get you moving and hooks that stick in your head. Taken from some pre-digital decade and released somewhere in the post-analog age. With vocals that echo with the spirit of Jim Morrison and guitars that threaten to crush you from all sides.

For those who don't know the band yet, here's a short info: The young Tübingen band Yeast Machine, led by the two brothers and guitarists Tobias and Fabian Köninger, entered the scene in 2021. They are musically inspired by the Seattle grunge of the 90s and 2000s stoner rock, while adding their own touch. Thick fuzz, psychedelic atmospheric downtempo parts and rough, varied vocals are characteristic of the band.

Although only founded in 2021, the band can boast numerous live gigs, including supporting the internationally successful musician Grandson in front of 1,000 people. In concert year 2023, the band was already on the road throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, playing an average of 25 concerts every two weeks. They have shared the stage with scene greats such as 24/7 Diva Heaven and Ufomammut.
