Yoga at Heaven Beach | Wed August 21 | 4 pm - 2 pm

Grab your mat and enjoy a chilled-out time on the beach with yoga and your friends at Heaven Beach.
Experience yoga in the sand, accompanied by the warming sun that touches your soul and then dance into the sunset with us!
Every visitor gets a free water for refreshment.

What awaits you:
from 16.00: Arrive and feel good
17.00 to 18.00: Vinyasa Yoga
18.30 to 19.30: Vinyasa Yoga
20.00 to 21/22.00: Dance like Ecstatic
We will end the evening together until 11.00 pm and enjoy the feel-good atmosphere.
Experience moments of peace and relaxation right on the beach. Be there and let yourself be enchanted by the magic of this day!

Competition:

Vinyasa Yoga:
Immerse yourself in the flowing practice of vinyasa yoga, a form of yoga that harmoniously combines movement and breathing. In our Vinyasa yoga classes, you will experience a dynamic sequence of asanas (postures) that flow seamlessly into one another and are guided by your breathing rhythm. Each class is unique and offers you the opportunity to develop your strength, flexibility and inner balance.
