Experience the beneficial combination of flowing Vinyasa movements and the gentle power of essential oils. From classic sun salutations to full-body mobilization. With a focus on precise body alignment, functional transitions and strengthening postures, both physical and mental strength is built. And yes, you can also expect a few playfully challenging asanas, because a little variety is always good! At the same time, your body reduces stress, your immune system is supported and you find your inner peace. Beginning and end relaxation and pranayama techniques round off each session.
