A short break from everyday stress: on four Saturdays, visitors can switch off together for an hour on the Kirchenpauerkai and find inner peace during a yoga break by the water.
Enjoy the view over the Elbe while devoting an hour of yoga to the theme of water. The class begins with a connection to breathing and then slowly moves into gentle yoga poses. The flowing, gentle movements and the refreshing quality of the water are used as a guide.
Both experienced yogis and beginners are welcome. Please bring a mat/yoga mat and clothes in which you feel comfortable and can move well.
