Yoga classes - an invitation to gentle depth and compassionate presence
In my classes, you will encounter a yoga practice in which movement and stillness come together. The practice is dynamic, mostly gentle, meditative and interwoven with different breathing techniques. The courses cover different topics on a physical and mental level and are supported by new impulses, insights and numerous further training courses. The yoga courses can be a good support for mental illnesses, chronic complaints, symptoms such as tiredness, physical tension, sleeping difficulties and much more.
Mindfulness, acceptance & compassion form the core of these classes - for your body, for your limits, for your story. Every step on the mat can be a step towards more self-acceptance and inner clarity.
Philosophical and lyrical impulses accompany the practice like quiet signposts. They open up a space in which yoga can be experienced not just as movement, but as a way of life.
