🪣🧘‍♀️🌳 Yoga Meets Trash Pickup — “Clean Up Your Mind & Your Space” with Julia (https://www.biohealth.love/)

📍 Where: Alsterpark, near Alstercliff (Look for our blue Surfrider beach flag! 🚩

🗓️ When: Saturday, August 29 

• Meeting time: 10:30 a.m.
• Yoga session starts: 11:00 a.m. (60 min) // Please bring your own yoga mat
• Start of cleanup: approx. 12:15 p.m.
• Followed by sorting and categorizing
• Event ends around 3:30 p.m.

🔢 𝗔𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗳:

• Yoga session (60 min) with the lovely Julia (https://www.biohealth.love/)
• Depending on the weather and how motivated we are, we’ll then spend 1–2 hours hunting for trash 
• Afterward, we’ll sort and count the trash together—for the Europe-wide database of @surfridereurope 🧮♻️
• This is how we all help raise awareness of the litter problem at the European level. 🌍
• Everything is, of course, voluntary—you decide how long you want to stay! 🙌
