Yoga, Oils & Piano Sound Bath

The 'Looking Up Dog' invites you on a holistic journey of your senses. Experience a new kind of mindfulness with an extraordinary combination of yoga and live piano music:

Feeling - allow movement and breath to merge in a gentle yoga session, flow with ease from one posture to the next, come into awareness through your largest physical organ, the skin, feel the deep connection of body and mind.

Listening - the soothing sounds of the piano accompany every movement and put you in a meditative state, close your eyes and listen to the music.

Seeing - practise with your eyes open, looking at a sea of candles, with your eyes closed, looking at your inner beauty.

Smell - your sensory journey is accompanied by essential oils, they work on an emotional level and create an anchor to be present with your full attention.

Taste - to round off your sensory journey, a drink awaits you at the end of the event.
