In the organizer's words:
well-being and improving the German language skills of migrants.
Yoga helps to reduce stress and stress-related illnesses. The additional language support is intended to help overcome language barriers. In this way, the course should help to strengthen emotional stability and self-confidence and make it easier to learn German.

Location: The sun deck is located at Moorfuhrtweg 9a with access via the courtyard at Goldbekhaus (opposite the main building at Moorfuhrtweg 9b).
