WG x Yoga & Wine

What do you mean, yoga & wine? Together we screw ourselves in and have fun in the glass.
Within 60 minutes we will go through a relaxed yoga flow and discover together how well yoga and wine go together. We easily integrate the wine glass into the flow and the various asanas.

YoWi is all about fun and socializing, yet it is suitable for all levels of experience. Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced yogi, a sports enthusiast who loves to drink or a wine-loving contortionist. Forget your everyday hustle and bustle for a moment and make room for a great experience and new acquaintances.

After the 60 minutes, we warmly invite you to linger and slip even deeper into mental and physical relaxation.
