Your Yoni

The term yoni comes from Sanskrit and means source or origin and stands for the female womb area.

Your yoni is a sacred space where the source of your creative energy lives. It is the gateway to your innermost being - to your hidden feelings, desires and longings, but also to your sensuality and your very own power. This is where your sexual energy lives, your lust, but also your love for yourself. It is also a powerful portal for your spirituality.

For many people, this center is injured. This has both individual and collective causes. Violence, emotional and physical abuse, transgressions of all kinds and injuries affect the yoni in such a way that it closes or goes numb. As a result, you stop feeling, but also stop sensing what you really need, such as your needs. This can also affect your relationships and partnerships - you may attract people and situations that feel stressful. Imprints and taboos can also mean that your life energy does not flow freely, is suppressed and you feel blocked.

In the YoniHeart retreat, we will embark together on a journey to your yoni, your experiences and feelings that prevent you from opening yourself and your heart and living your life full of love and joy. This all happens in a mindful space, in a small group (max. 14 women), where you can explore yourself at your own pace, without any pressure.

A seminar house with a special combination of historical and modern ambience in harmony with nature has been created on a generous 2,500 square meters.

The bright, spacious residential wing with its comfortable rooms and the modern seminar rooms, together with the historic mill and the dining room, offer the perfect symbiosis for your seminars, workshops and conferences.

The large inner courtyard, a spacious meadow and the beautiful surroundings invite you to relax and unwind.
