Report vacations on Juist - winter family time

Juist is always worth a trip, even for a short break. Just imagine: You grab your grandchildren and travel to the island. Three days full of time together. And the grandchildren's mom and dad get to spend time together, either at home or all together on the island. A win-win situation, as they say! Just in time for the school vacations, we invite you to do just that: To experience family time on Juist, without hurdles or obstacles, but with lots of attention to detail and a focus on time together that might otherwise be neglected. The children look forward to spending time on the island as a reward for their good report card. Or just for fun.

We have come up with the following ideas for the 2026 school vacations:
Under the basic idea of "Winter Family Time", you will experience everything on Juist that makes winter so beautiful and cozy: places and occasions to spend time together, to laugh together, to compete and simply to experience things!

  • 14:00 - 17:00: Assertiveness course
  • 15:00 - 16:00: Treasure hunt for children in the museum
  • 15:00 - 16:00: Mudflat hike

  • 10:00 - 13:00: Assertiveness course
  • 14:00 - 16:00: Family puzzle competition
  • 19:00: Guided tour by torchlight
• Monday, 02.02.2026
  • 10:30 - 12:00: Craft something, then you've got something
  • 14:30 - 16:00: Table games afternoon
  • 15:00 - 16:00: Mudflat hike
