"Smart Ruralism" - Development of rural areas in the digital age. Experiences from rural regions in Estonia
Digitalization and smart solutions tend to focus on large centers and adaptable target groups, while rural areas and older generations are often overlooked. Kadri Leetmaa's presentation shows how digital solutions can be developed together with the otherwise excluded, based on a research project in four rural regions of Estonia that sheds light on digital inequalities and exclusions.
