What is green, grandiose and guaranteed elegant? The ZUCCHINI SISTAZ, of course! As one of the few all-female formations, the trio from beautiful Münster is one of the most extraordinary musical acts in the country. With their unmistakable style, which is inspired by the popular music of the 1920s to 1950s, the three thoroughbred musicians have established a brand for modern acoustic retro pop.
True to the motto "Why be mediocre when you can be sophisticated?", ZUCCHINI SISTAZ present musical gems and classics from past decades in "Elegance or not at all!" - freshly polished, creatively refined and surprisingly reinterpreted. The heart and highlight of the program, however, are their own songs, which are musically kept in the authentic style of the time and also address current social issues with intelligent lyrics and subtle humour. Virtuoso vocals, refined instrumental artistry, audience appeal and a wonderfully self-deprecating approach to stage clichés complete the whole thing to create a unique piece of entertainment art.
Between glamorous show glitter and tongue-in-cheek down-to-earthness, the three multi-instrumentalists invite you to an evening that proves: elegance is not a question of evening dress and chandeliers, but of attitude, morals and the courage to be authentic.
