How do people remain capable of acting in an uncertain future?
The ZUKUNFTSFORUM 2026 cordially invites all interested parties to get to know unusual and effective methods with which people and organizations can develop orientation, presence and future competence.

In the Scharlatan - Theater for Change, guests will experience an inspiring afternoon of business theater, workshops with theater methods, a musical keynote and space for networking and exchange. The focus will be on future skills such as empathy, flexibility, self-control, collaboration and leadership in uncertain times.

The event is aimed at companies, organizations and private individuals who are interested in new ways to empower people for the future.
