Mr. Johannes Popp from the Franconian Popp Winery in Iphofen will personally introduce you to his wines, and our chefs will serve you this wonderful gourmet menu:
Appetizer: Beet carpaccio feta | chervil vinaigrette | organic walnut bread
Intermediate course: Roasted cauliflower beurre blanc | paprika | parsley
Main course:
Beef & veal fillet | sweetbreads | celeriac | Belper tuber | Madeira jus | herb emulsion
