Arthur e.V. (Kulturhaus Arthur) is a non-profit socio-cultural association that has been recognized as an independent youth welfare organization since 1994.

The year-round, intergenerational activities offered by Kulturhaus Arthur include Concerts, festivals, readings, exhibitions, panel discussions, youth theater courses, vacation play-along stories, children's theater performances, showtalks, film evenings, workshops, a ceramics workshop with year-round courses, rehearsal opportunities and family offers.

Arthur e.V. sees itself as an open platform for a transcultural, intergenerational, locally and globally based dialog in the process of interweaving art, culture, educational work and a responsible, civic-democratic attitude.

At the same time, we place a special focus on work with children and young people.
Through creative workshops, educational offers, hands-on projects as well as theater and experiential education formats, we invite young people to actively participate in shaping culture and society and to discover new forms of expression.

Kulturhaus Arthur presents art and culture in a local, national and international context and contributes to cultural exchange.
Our close collaboration with international artists and local initiatives shapes our program and creates unique experiences for visitors of all ages.

Furthermore, Kulturhaus Arthur contributes to the promotion of young artists in the fields of theater, music and visual arts and works in a network with over 30 initiatives and associations.

Every year, Kulturhaus Arthur offers around 700 events and activities.
Every year, Kulturhaus Arthur reaches around 16,000 visitors.
