BierCafé West has been around since 2018 and is a perfect destination for craft beer lovers! But not only they are in good hands here, also coffee connoisseurs get their money's worth. There is namely very good coffee from the small roastery "Heilandt" from Cologne. This is accompanied by cakes, freshly baked waffles or ice cream from our favorite place, Hitzefrei.

If you feel like a hot meal, you can choose between delicious Turkish dishes and classics like Pommes-Currywurst.

Cooperation with regional traders

BierCafé West obtains its food mainly from regional traders; after all, they are also a serving station for the Marktschwärmerei Dortmund. As a result, the operators have gotten to know many producers from the surrounding area and have decided to work with them. The meat comes from Gahmener Hof in Lünen, the milk from Hof Billmann in Waltrop.

Quiet location in the Westpark

Thanks to its green location in the Westpark, the café is a nice place to unwind, whether with family or friends. And a visit with children is also worthwhile, because outside the little ones can romp on the playground, while the adults can chat quietly over a beer or a coffee.

Brewing courses and beer tastings

The interior is kept open and bright, with plenty of sunlight coming in through the large windows. The BierCafé can even be rented for private events such as birthdays and weddings. Brewing courses are also offered together with the Bieragentur Dortmund and there are beer tastings .
