Curtain up, sun on - hello and welcome to our Blumental.

We have created an oasis in a building with history*. A café for you who long for warmth and cordiality. To lean back, soak up the light and pamper your body with delicious vegan and vegetarian food.

We are a collective of restaurateurs, cooks, pastry chefs and designers who want to share the warmth of our almost lifelong friendship with you.

All of our organic waste ends up in our gluttonous composting machine. This turns all the organic waste into the finest humus on site, which we then use for our plants. You can watch our kitchen team in the open kitchen as they conjure up vegan dishes with a special twist for you and how much fun they have in making your taste buds blossom (... and if you like, you can also have a soft-boiled egg). In addition to the savory dishes, there will also be cakes and tarts - all little works of art and of course also vegan - and of course everything is homemade.
