The CHEFS WAREHOUSE gastronomy concept, which has won several national and international awards, was launched in Cape Town in 2014 by the luminary Liam Tomlin and has since stood for exceptional casual fine dining, creative sharing dishes and sustainable cuisine with regional products. Now the concept is finding its way to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg and will enrich the local food scene with a large piece of international cuisine from March 2026.

The CHEFS WAREHOUSE is being built in a listed building at Sandtorkai 29 - the Maschinenzentralstation - with around 170 seats in the restaurant and around 100 seats at the bar, offering plenty of space for creative cuisine, drinks and cocktails and an impressive atmosphere.
