The DSM in Chemnitz was opened on August 5, 1995 as the first new private museum building in East Germany. With the "Solaris 2000" project, it established itself as one of the external locations of the EXPO 2000 world exhibition in the solaris technology and business park. Since then, the heart of the building, the collection of historical games with exhibition rooms and archive, has grown steadily. See, marvel, play! - our motto is our program. The well-stocked games room offers the longest stay for enthusiasts and casual gamers.
