The Kulturzentrum Dieselstrasse is a socio-cultural center and offers space for art, culture, discussion and engagement. We organize a musically diverse concert program ranging from jazz, folk, rock, pop, electronic and classical music, offer a stage for cabaret and spoken word events, for theater, children's theater and dance, classical and international breakfasts and club events. We see ourselves as a forum for political, social and ecological issues. Projects, discussion series and lectures on current topics are a central part of our work.

The non-profit association Dieselstrasse Kulturzentrum e.V. was founded in 1981 through the merger of various Esslingen groups and initiatives. The cultural work of the association is still carried out mainly on a voluntary basis.
