Eierhäuschen

The Eierhäuschen is a place where Berliners and guests, adults and young people, children and families can get together, relax and have a lively chat. It has been fulfilling this role as an excursion destination since the 19th century.

Now the new Spreepark Art Space has been added and with it a diverse mediation and education program. It aims to bring together the public, the neighborhood, artists and many other stakeholders to explore and help shape the role of art in this place. We collect and share memories of the site - its stories and history - and provide insights into artistic research and practice - thinking and doing in art. But we also care about the creative environmental experience of all visitors.

Following on from earlier times, an excursion restaurant has been created in the interior and exterior of the Eierhäusch directly on the waterfront with a beer garden including a playground, a restaurant with its own terrace offering modern German cuisine with a focus on regional and seasonal dishes, as well as rooms for events.
