The Lehe-Treff leisure center is located in the Goethequartier district on Eupener Straße and is a municipal youth facility run by the Bremerhaven City Council. Between 2016 and 2019, the FZS Lehe-Treff was renovated with federal funds to improve its energy efficiency and now shines in new splendor.

The FZS Lehe-Treff is the only facility of the youth development department in Bremerhaven to have a metal and wood workshop with various machines that can be used under professional supervision.

Children from the age of 6 and young people visit the FZS Lehe-Treff and spend their free time there. The diverse facilities such as the large hall with stage, the cafeteria with kitchen, the metal workshop, the wood workshop, the music practice room, the pottery room, the games room, a girls' and a boys' room, the sewing room and various group rooms offer a wide range of options for visitors to the leisure center. In addition, various projects, such as a soccer and cooking group, are offered to children and young people on an ongoing basis. During the vacation season, the facility also offers a constantly changing vacation program. As the FZS Lehe-Treff is an open youth development facility, visitors to the "Open Door" can decide for themselves when they want to come and how long they want to stay. Participation in the activities is voluntary.

In the evenings, adults also have the opportunity to take part in various courses, such as a pottery or sewing course, after registering.
