Frey-Haus

In the heart of Brandenburg's old town lies the Frey House, built in 1723, the only completely preserved Baroque bourgeois courtyard ensemble in the city, whose name goes back to the tax exemption enjoyed by its owner in the 18th century.
Behind the main house, which was built using stones from St. Mary's Church, are the outbuildings with courtyard and garden. The Brandenburg an der Havel City Museum has been housed in the Frey House since 1923 - it was previously an organ and spinet factory.
Accessibility: The main building and outbuildings are barrier-free.
